Never be without good coffee
We know how difficult it is not to have your coffee fix in the morning: We now have loaner machines available for hire from just £1.50 per day. If you wish a loaner machine to be delivered to your door whilst we service your coffee machine then simply select that option on our booking in form. Please note that our loaner machines are subject to availability.
COVID-19 and Staying safe
During these unprecedented times with the ongoing outbreak of the (Covid-19) Coronavirus, Gaggia Service Specialist want to reassure our home users and business customers that we have put additional steps in place to stay safe.
We now have a “contact free” collection and delivery service for all repairs. We would ask you to have your machine ready packaged if we are personally collecting it. If you are dropping off at our depot, you will need to arrange an appointment time and we ask that you keep 2 metres from our technicians during your visit.
If you are feeling a little under the weather, or you’re concerned that you may have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) please call us immediately so we can reschedule a delivery or pickup.
